Specific Can you make the face of these 2 thiefs clear, Please Help!!

It is a little bit different kind of request in here.. My father's old car got stolen. we get them on the surveillance cameras..but unfortunately the low resolution quality does not really show the faces...What the clearest image we can get for these 2 men..It is just an emotional thing for my father, he likes this car so much..Please help.

Hi, there's nothing much can be done as the quality is too low. All I have done is to make a few light adjustments etc to your image.
Let's hope if you've made it viral that the get caught.


There might be others within the site that can make it better (hopefully).
