Specific Can someone make this photo less grainy?

I'm trying to set this photo as my background but it looks grainy and looks bad when I set it on my mac for some reason. Thanks!

Tried this out on my 28" Mac. Does not look good due to the fact that the image is small to begin with. 3x5
Try and find something bigger. Just in case you didn't know this. You can Google Search for larger size images instead of sorting through them all.

Used ACR in PSCC to denoise somewhat and balance histogram. In CC, additional noise removal with a mask sharpened in both lighten and darken mode applied selectively again with a mask then set a darker vignette over for more attention on the two players.

Hi Brian
To get the best result, it would be best to know the exact pixel dimensions of the display in question that is the target for this background.

That way, you help avoid going through a software resizing that can also degrade the image.

Just a suggestion.
