Can someone help me to edit a picture?


I would've spent more time on this if I had more time. my apologies for the shoddy shadow work and roughness around the arm, I'll try to fix that.

but this is what I'd expect to see in a few months.

little tip. do the 100 push up challenge for your shoulders chest and triceps, when you nail it, add some weight to a backpack and do it again. and keep adding weight when you're comfortable. it's quite effective.
just remember though, any more than 20 push ups is building muscle endurance, not strength, you will see a size difference though.
if you definitely want strength do bursts of 20 with 10 second intervals.
