Specific Background removal

Could you please remove the people in the background of this photo. All except my brother at the front in the black cap. He died just over a week ago and we would love to use the photo at his funeral. If there is anything you could do to make the photo clearer as well would be great. Thank you. Zoe

Hi Zoed sorry for the loss. It would be easier cutting the young man out and placing him on another background.
Is that something you would consider?
