Specific Background edit - remove or replace several people

Not sure what's possible with this but would like to remove the brunette woman in the jeans holding the two bottles of water, potentially the man behind her in the gray suit with his head turned, and the woman in the white shirt and jeans that is partially obscured directly behind Ms Biel. Needs to look 100% natural as this will eventually be a print she will sign. Also please do not alter the color or exposure at all if possible and please repost in the original dimensions and resolution. Thanks very much!

I chose the relatively easier path of removing everyone so Ms Biel is left alone. I used AI to do bulk of the removal work.

This is VERY close to what I've been envisioning. Only thing I'd ask is if there's anything that can be done with the guy in the sunglasses behind her. Just feel like his face popping out behind her is a bit distracting. Potentially possible to turn his head to the left of the image so his face is behind her head? Maybe move his entire body to the left until his head is completely behind her? Or if you have another idea in mind whatever you think might work.
