Specific Another edit

Can anyone cut out this mugshot photo so that sits by itself, filling up the photo. In other words just the mugshot so that its evenly flat and therefore printable. (Both mugshots) And if you could remove the finger to the left! That would be really awesome. One other thing if you can copy the left hand and "C" on Cambridge on the right half portion of the mugshot so that it is on the left portion as well, (The one where he is looking directly at the camera) as you can see in the photograph it was cut off.

I realize this is a difficult edit, and a lot to ask for a free edit at that. So if anyone can just crop the mugshots out and that is all you feel like doing, I'm good with that. You don't have to add the extra C in Cambridge with his hand on the left, if its too difficult.
