Great work. It nees some more detail though. The places where the skin is gone should show the individual muscles and the eyelid would be completely gone on the no-skin side, so there would be a big, circular eye there instead. If you had more shading and variety in the bloody parts that would be good too. Not all the blood will coagulate at the same time (assuming that she's eaten several people) so some should be fresh and red and some should be a brick color, some should be brown and some should be black. You could even have some skull poking through on her forehead, that would be super creepy.
