Specific Adjust lighting.

Can you make the same lighting as the second pic and remove and overall make the picture cleaner ? Thank You
Could you please edit the "photo to edit. jpg" and put the same lighting as in the "needed result. PNG". (same color too)
Aditionally, could you make the photo to edit cleaner overall ?

I made a try, but a raw one... to make it decent it's just too much work and figure it out all the light's direction a nightmare XD.

Well it is Esher-like and I figured since the direction of a plane can be ambiguous...so can the lighting. That's my rationale for 'too much work'
