Hummm...it opens fine for me here. PM me and give me your e-mail address and I'll send it that way. What kind of software do you have to print from?
It should download to your computer from here when you click on it. When you get it on your computer, if your using Windows, right click on it Open With -Windows Explorer will do it. Then you will have a file that will open with your image editing software.
