This is a friend of mine, he is one of the owners of the company that made the thing that he is riding. It's a good pic of his machine, but he usually looks fitter and happier. I want to make a large print for him as a gift so the resolution needs to remain high.

Summary
-Make it so his mouth is either neutral or a hint of a smile
-Fix the part where it looks like his belly is hanging over (it's not actually)
-If possible, maybe make the shorts a little less dumpy?
-Any other fitness changes could be included, but that's extra if you want to show off your skills.

Thanks in advance. I appreciate you all.

Thanks guys. I was inspired by the work and gave my own a try. I ended up tinkering for hours. liquify, puppet warp, many layers of copied bits. I don't think I was efficient, but the end result was good and I think he'll like it.

Babine, I wish I noticed your eye tweak earlier. It's a nice addition but I didn't touch it in my final edit.
