2012 PS Challenge One, Create an Android

I will say this though Inkz about upping the ante. I am not satisfied with my results and consider this both practice and experimentation. There are errors and sloppiness throughout. As it is I worked on it for 3 (?) days and it has 60 layers, though some are just glows or shadows. It would be done with more precision and fewer steps at another attempt. It is why people take days or weeks to finish an image to their satisfaction. Also, for a project like this, I will unclamp the hold I keep on my bank account (skinflint) and buy a really good high resolution image.

Haha I'm exactly the same...

I finish a piece then post. Then I sit back and look at what I've done, then the doubts arise and I think I should have done this or changed that lol. I just look at it as a learning curve. All my work is oozing with mistakes but what I learnt in that piece I will take with me on to the next.

I just understood your post there Mike. You were referring to the image you already posted. Duh. Gotta give your old aunty some slack here! Yee hah!

Actually, that is really neat as it is right now Mike. Like, very basic, and all, and everything, like ya know. I saw a painting like that once; it was called, "White on White."

LOL, what happened to your image? Invisible ink is out of vogue ya know . . .


??? *** As for my idea of a really good, hi res image. Yipes. INMAGINE wants $74 for one decent sized pic. Anyone know of a reliable site? Pixmac is cheaper and you can buy one at a time (unlike Shutterstock), but I don't know about the quality.

I really like what you made. The hair is fun, the reflection on the glasses is great, andI like best, the anatomical lines. Overall cool.
