Thanks a lot. It's amazing how layer limitations make things 100X more tough. That and the fact the images were totally incongruous lol.

your allowed to use as many brushes / free hand as you want your just not allowed to import images into 1 layer or merging other than the 2 provided

John, you can make anything you want on a layer above. You get 5 layers total to make any change you like. But like Hoogle said, you can't used any other stocks than the two that are provided. What you use beyond the first two stock layers is up to you: filters, paint, adjustments, tranformations. ANd you can make image adjustments rather than layer adjustments so you don't have an extra layer for it. And so on.

I went into the jungle and I found pieces of an aeroplane. Picked them up and put them together.
I don't think it will ever fly, but that's what it looks like now.
