    The two ways that I use are as follows... Method 1. Save your PS file, flatten your image, and select your image using Ctrl-A. Open up Powerpoint (if not already open). Grab your PS Move tool and simply drag your image over. Once in Powerpoint you can tweak the size to fit what you need...
