Yeah... this work for me.. right click and select edit contents into the smart object layer.. thank you.. I will try to explain why I am looking for this particular way of working. - Because i saw a video clip (tutorial) and I thought I would do it the same way.. but it didn't work, which makes me think that some setting somewhere might need to be changed. - if i don't convert the layer into a smart object, then adjustments menu work fine.- Chrissburner
