    here is the original image, Thanks for the help! I'm guessing it's a combo of filters and will just take some experimenting to get it right.

    the image is a few years old so it's a latter version. blur and cutout gets close but there is some color highlights at the edges that I can't get with cutout.

    I would like to reproduce this effect on a photo. I know the original image was a photograph, any ideas what filter(s) I would need to apply in order to get a similar result? Thanks, Andy
