help making text stand out more in image

hey guys!! i was wondering if someone can help me make out the text "Chat with an Agent" stand out a bit more in my picture. I honestly dont know what else to do. i have played with colors and etc. Im a newbie and got pretty basic photoshop skills. I have attached my .psd file so you guys got an idea of my work. ALl teh help is greatly appreciated

What you can do is make a new layer underneath your text layer, use the rectangle tool with the fill pixels option selected, draw a white rectangle underneath the text, then apply a guassian blur to that rectangle layer until you get a nice blur of white beneath the text to your liking, and that's it! Let me know if I explained myself well enough for you

Just select a color you like and play with the element sliders to suit your taste.
