zoom in and out is not working ??

im using a laptop and the zoom in and out (up and down on scroll pad) wont work , is there a way ive locked this out

dont worry ive worked it out for some reason i must of clicked it of in preferences

If reset it usually shuts off as default pita

I have to do that from time to time, so I doubt you did anything to screw it up. My zoom went bonkers yesterday. But I'd been in PS for over ten hours and I think the ole PC was steamin! I closed everything down and came back hours later and everything worked fine. Nevertheless, I have had tools reset their preference before, so it's as you and iDad say, just a matter of checking on the settings.

thats good to know , i was pretty sure i didnt touch the settings
