Hello everyone,
I'm new to Photoshop (and this forum). Just trying to have some fun editing personal and friends photos. I found a zombie affect and installed the brushes and patterns. I've watched 2 videos tutorials, so I know I'm doing everything they say I should do to make the action work, but it still gets hung up every time.
It says "Could not complete the Guassian Blur command because the selected area is empty. I've attached a screen shot. I just can't figure out what the problem could be.
