I came up with this idea of wrapping a snake around a sword with pure PS and after messing with the tools I found out that the border is most useful.
Hope u like

:righton: very good, how did u make it so it does behind then infront? thats mask isn't it? can u explain how to do it if it is? i not sure on how to do that via masks and looks very good so wouldn't mind trying it

Tnx for nice comment u see I am keen about PS and so up they pop those ideas.
Busy writing the tut for all those who seek to know like I do

I liked the idea, but felt the snake should be more coiled, so I used a filled circle divided into two halves, squished a bit with the Transform tool and placed on either side of the column...done with Photoshop's native filters and a bit of airbrushing accents.

Looks great madster and some good suggestions that you bring up in this image. ;)
It should give Duga enough ideas to consider an update of his original image.

Always a pleasure to see your new ideas and the patience and work you put into sharing with others Duga! :) Keep those ideas a comin'!

Madster... real nice! :righton:
