Wrap text inside sphere

Hello

I'm trying to achieve something like this image:



However I only need two large letters inside. The goal is to have the letters follow the contour of the sphere. I've tried liquify and spherize filters with no luck, as well as the text warp tool.

Hey Baez,

Don't know if this will help. I hope others will chime in here!

I basically used the Elliptical Marquis Tool to cut off the edges of the letters. I then used a combination of transform functions to shape the letters. Finally I used the Pinch filter (FILTER > DISTORT > PINCH) to shape the inner part of the letters.



The rest is just a sphere and some layer styles on the letters.
