Wrap a rasterized rectangular pattern around a semi circle / loop help needed

Hi Guys, Hope you're all swell I reaaaaaally need some help with something I'm doing for a T-shirt design which involves a magic eye like pattern containing letters. The issue is I can't just type the words around a path this pattern needs to be a raster layer and then warped into the shape.

Above is the location of a video where I have screen captured where I'm up to I have explained what I have tried and what I haven't in the video.

I hope somebody will be able to help me out.

I am sure our memebers will be delighted to see another youtube video use the insert video button in your post and link the video then it will show in thread. Unless off course our spam filter has caught you spamming the video all over the web then it will restrict you
 
Hi,

I think the reason I can't embed the video is because I am a new member. I haven't had chance to spam lol I only made the video about 10 minutes ago cos I'm really stuck .

If anybody wants to try and embed it for me or post the link that would be really appreciated.

is that image anything in particular or is it just a repeating pattern. if you can make it into a pattern then you can overlay the semi circle with your new pattern created.

if you upload psd then I can see it clearer
 
This is the thing , It's not just a repeating pattern. It's a magic eye effect word which needs to be a rasterized graphic to prevent spaces between the letters.

I will upload the psd now.
