currently i do freelance photography and shoot people (from candids to shows to fashion/glamour). but i came across this guy's photo, and i would love to know how this guy does his PS'ing.....

her skin appears utterly smooth yet w/o any loss to the details of her outfit or her facial features. if anyone could help me that would awsome (not to mention very much appreciated). i'm a total PS newbie, but i'm sure there's tons of ps'ing involved to get this effect.
