Work with palette color

Adobe Illustrator have this great tool to "play" with color palette so easy. You can edit color by color or if you link them, the complete palette.
For default they bring a list of color harmonies to apply.

Of course, this tool works only with vector graphics
So the question is:

Is there a similar tool, plugin or program to work with images palettes, so easy?

Photoshop has Adjustment>Hue/Saturation but obviously is not the same.

Probably because photoshop doesnt make the distinction between shapes and colors

Thanks for the answer. I didn't know Kuler, but it's not what i'm looking for. Kuler is not for edit palette color from an image, but to create palettes besides an image.

If you have CS6, check Color Lookup...

Sounds like an upgrade from my version which is CS5 . . . for now.
