Not bad, but here are my suggestions... I'm guessing he's sitting on top of a building? I'd probably get rid of the wood behind him as it looks out of place. Also the lighting needs a slight improvement. You should add shadow to him and the chair (notice the direction and quality of the light hitting the subject). I would also remove the highlights from the left side of the chair and probably darken up the legs, as they stick out too much.
