Specific Wire fix.

Hi there. From the first photo i need as if the wires are coming from a hole made above and not below. I'm also attaching an image of the box without the wires and a drawing of how i need it.
Maybe someone can make some magic here.

I got rid of the white tube at the bottom. I also noticed that the side wall of the electrical box is acting like a mirror, reflecting some of the components. So I added a hint of a reflection of the blue wire, where the white arrow is pointing:
