This is really cool, awesome work with textures and such. One thing I will say is I can see it more as space-themed (which is also awesome) , but hey.. i might have just watched too many sci fi movies recently

I think the wall paper is more themed towards the new Captain America film that is coming out at around April time. I myself, am looking forward to the prospect of a Defence League film, now that Batman and Superman are going to be in the same film later on this year or next.
I think this would look awesome if you use real fabric images etc to get a photo realistic feel.
