Specific Winston Dog - Enhancement

Hello

This is an image of my friends dog Winston (newly trimmed/spectacular underbite) taken with my ancient tablet.

I'm hoping to have a couple of prints made from it, but it (to my eyes) lacks clarity and the background is a little 'yellowish'

Can this be enhanced/improved any?

'Personality' is something he has in abundance underbite or not, he's a wonderful boy (I wonder if I can say my receding hairline is 'my personality'?)
