This was our puppy Kobe he passed away a few months ago can anybody Photoshop some wings and a halo on him maybe clouds or something I would like to give it as a gift to my bf for our anniversary thank you

I didn't like the background AT ALL, so I changed that and made some other tweaks. I can never leave this stuff well enough alone.
