Why writing and images are pixelated?

salut. being new to photoshop and I want to know why I go all pixelated? thanks

Because your zoomed in at 351% to actual size zoom back out to 100% and it should be back to normal

Maybe the OP really needs truly small details (eg, small fonts) to be rendered well, but has the document's resolution set too low (either in the sense of pixels per inch or in the sense of overall image pixel dimensions).

yes, but in coreldraw x5 new page if I (preview mode - normal) forms of writing and I see all pixelated and in (preview mode - enhanced) no longer me or how I can zoom. therefore it had the doubt if there exist a set
