Why can't everything be as fun as photography

Finally got the right replacement lens for my camera. Ended up with a 28-80mm zoom lens. Recently I took my camera to a couple of abandoned houses nearby. I was only able to get into one, which was very small. The other had a fence around it with a new lock and chain. I also took my camera to Ziskey Lake and walked the trail and snapped a few pics there as well. I've included my favorite shots here.

Nice pix, Hershy! It looks like the lens is a winner.

WRT your question...
Why can't everything be as fun as photography

Wow, isn't that the truth? :-)

Best regards,

Tom M

PS - I think the silver printer or scanner that's sitting on the ground outside the white building also suggests an important message to everyone interested in photography, electronics, etc.: That's just where us and almost all of our "stuff" will eventually wind up. Arghhh.

Thanks Tom M. I'd like to return to those houses again on day and see if I can't get better pics. I have more fun when I have a camera in hand than any other time it seems like.
