Who can help me starting with making affiches/posters?

Hi folks,

I want to start with making affiches/flyers/posters but i need help! Who can give me tips that the best ways are to make an affiche?

What gives the most problems is when i cut out an image of a person and paste it on the affiche.. it looks so fake and unreal.. it doesn't make "1 picture".

I did a quick Google Image search on affiche, there are literally thousands of techniques you could use in creating them! Not sure where you would like to start.

Are you needing suggestions on how to remove persons from a background?
What do you mean by "1 picture"?
Perhaps you could post an example of what your currently attempting or what you would like to achieve.

Sorry, I'm not much help yet.
 
you can blur the edges just a little and you can change the color effect for the whole picture after adding the other picture you cut to make them look the same
