I've tried everything I could find, but still the white lines and fuzziness around each of the microphones remains. Can someone help me eliminate it?

Use the clone tool...

Press Alt on any part of the background then clone down the sides of the mic.

If your original selection is tight, this works for me sometimes.
The microphones should be on it's own layer, highlight that layer and go to LAYER > MATTING > DEFRINGE, set for 2 at first, if this does not work, the try 3.

If it's your original selection causing the problem, just refine it using refine mask and be sure to use decontaminate colors.
