I hoping there are some experts here, who can tell me which techniques have been used on the image at the on this website from creativespaces.net.au and how to create something like this on photoshop.
Really greatfull for some help!

Perhaps you could upload a copy of the image in question. In the reply window, choose the square image icon and you will get a choice to browse from computer. It doesn't matter how many posts you have to do it this way.
