Which is best version of Photoshop..

Hello all experts.

i am newbie to Photoshop, can any one helps me to give me advice about which is best version of photoshop in start. I downloaded CS4. is this fine. or i have to use. lower version in start.

CS4 is a great version however CS5 is even greater. If you have recently downloaded cs4 demo why didnt you download cs5 to try it. There is a lot more features in cs5 also makes things a lot easier. Maybe cs4 is good for what you need you have not specified your main area of interest in using Photoshop so I will have to stick with cs5 being the best version...

Each version improves of the last version but if you're a Newbie any version is fine.
The basics like layers, selection tools, curves, gradients, etc., etc., are still the same.

Start some new threads with any questions you may have and we'll try to help you out.
