I don´t manage to have the water flow in my animation! I use the filters ´noise´ (add noise) and ´blur´ (motion blur)!
Can someone help me as soon as possible please?

If you want an animation, why do you try to blur it ? I would expect joining several slightly moved pictures via Photoshop Animation feature, am I missing anything ?

I´ve done the animation feature, but in the tutorial is also written that I´ve to blur a layer.
What are your suggestions to have the water flow?
