Where's the spatter?

I'm using photoshop 6, and I'm following a tutorial that requires me to use FILTER / BRUSH STROKES / SPATTER.

However, my 'filter' menu doesn't have 'brush strokes' - just Blur, noise, pixelate, sharpen, stylize, other.

The tutorial doesn't say what version it's for, but so far it's been pretty much spot on for PS6. Also, looking in the PS6 help file it lists the 'brush strokes' and 'spatter' so pretty sure that it must be available somehow...

But where is it?
