Where is the sharpen tool in elements 9?

Downloaded the 30 day trial yesterday.
Going very slowly; the help document applies to the 7 & 8 version so I'm still having to google for learnings.
In particular I've just spent the last 30 mins looking for the sharpen tool (help document says it should be there; blue triangle) to take the fuzz of the edge of something I've cut out.
Can anyone help me locate this wretched blue triangle? or if "9" does it another way tell me how to clean edges of cut-outs?

Toggle through the Blur, Sharpen, and Smudge tools with the (R) key

I see.. right click on the tool button to get the options... now why didn't I think of that.
