Where is the 'Animation' in Photoshop CC?

I know there's 'Animation' at least in CS5, because I used it couple of times for making some animation file. Today I just wanted to make something in PS CC, but it's not available in in 'window' of the top menu in PS CC interface, I wonder where it is? Anyone could tell me? Thanks! Regards.

If you do not see the Timeline panel, go to WINDOW > TIMELINE, this will open your timeline panel. Click the timeline panel tab (lower left) if it does not open. When you have a document open you will see the create video timeline or create frame animation, without an open document, you will not see the option.

Thank you for the instruction and image! Now I understand, so the 'Animation' changed its name And yeah I could see that one in 'Window'.
