Where can i find a Grid/Fine Lines plugin?

I need a plugin (a free one), that i can create very fine lines and very fine grids,
on a picture.

I don't mind if it will be even very fine shapes or dots too. i just like that style,
give my website a more professional look for some objects.

Here are some bad examples (it's bad because i want it to be very small and fine):

I just need small squares or ver close lines (vertical or horizontal and maybe diagonal).

it will be easier to find brushes just google line brushes
