What's the best way to Vectorize this?

I have this diagram that I want to vectorize. I tried using the Image Trace Tools on Illustrator, but the colors do not appear to be smooth and the diagram looks like it has jagged edges instead of a smooth curve.

The bad news is, there is no easy way. You'll need to redraw the whole thing. The good news is you only need to draw one object, then duplicate it 4 times, resize and recolor each.

Hey, I ended up recreating the diagram in illustrator. But yeah, I got done with that assignment.
