What happened to "Save As" Jpeg vs. Jpeg2000?

I have used Photoshop for a number of years, I'm no expert, at all, but for the life of me, I cannot figure out why I can no longer save a file as a JPEG vs. a JPEG2000 file. Photoshop does not give me the option now, I "have to" save it as a JPEG2000 file.

Have I changed a setting that I am unaware of?

I just updated to the mentioned version and the formats dropdown list only shows 3 formats: Photoshop (*.PSD;*.PDD;*.PSDT), *.PSB and TIFF (*.TIF;*.TIFF).
