hi,
been gone for a few weeks...
mywinxp system bit the dust and i had to wait awhile for my new system.
just got it yesterday... so been busy getting it all set up....
it i7-3.2, 2 gig hd, nivdea gts 450, sound blaster xfi and 9 gigs of ram... smilng..

early next week i'll be getting photoshop cs5, that a big jumpfrom my old cs1.... so once ihave that i'll probably be asking ton of questions....

so in the mean time got my work cut out for me getting things setup and installing program...

I understand where your going with that iDad, but it could happen. Computers have a tendency to crash at the most inconvienent times. :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

And when compounded by a PEBCAK error it can be disastrous.
I had a Boot disk crash on me which shifted drive letters.
When I formated the drive to reinstall the OS I formatted the wrong drive.
I formatted the drive with all my photos on it. :eek:

I'm fanatical about backups so luckily I lost only 1 weeks worth of PSD's and nothing else.
