Playin around with the fractalius filter and this is what I came up with.

Ditto! It's a way overused effect so I just steered away from it. (opinion, not a dig)

Will it even work with CS6?

I've had it for a couple weeks, don't use it much. Think I've used it twice, this being the second time. It adds a cool effect I think. And yes it works with CS6. I got CS6 Extended and this filter works just fine.
