Hi guys,
I need to know how can i get cinematic look for our images as i saw in Instagram profile : https://www.instagram.com/ivan.krivonosov/

So I want to learn how he is getting this kind of look using photoshop & LR
For sample here is the image i can provide to get above look .

Just as a bonus - notice that physical lights (lamps, neons, car lights) make 80% of effect in images you posted Imagine these photos without light - dark, high contrast, blue toned And what is also nice about those photos - they use complementary colors = blue + yellow/orange which gives a nice boost
