Vinyl design HEL(L)P :)

So here it goes...

I've got an idea for a vinyl design for my desk, basically its lots of web found pics put together, just can't figure this thing out (been only using it to enhance photos so far, nothing serious) could someone point me to a right post, or give some advice I'd greatly appreciate it...

trying to do it myself but if you feel you can do it for a reasonable price (£5 then let me know.
