Vector Shape Low Quality

Hello,

When i work with photoshop and create a Shape layer(Vector) I dont have the infinite quality i see the pixels when zooming ?

And why must i always push Control+Shift for deleting the stroke of an Vector Shape is there a possibilty this is disabled permanently in Photoshop 6 ?
