Illustrator using rotation tool

hi guys I have a quick question about finishing off a rotation.

How do I finish a rotation without having a full circle showing on top? I'd just like to have that last circle tuck into the pile.

make circles on separate layers and then rearrange them the way you want.
alternatively, make selection of the first circle, move to the last conjoining one and hit delete:-)

BTW, this was my 90th post here. if i'm right after 100 i'm getting to be senior citizen on this forum ;-).
i'll try to keep my posts consistent in trying to be of use to the other members,
even now i'm struggling with the urge to post ten of the "thank-you"or "i-agree" posts...
