However, I would bet that if you had a view of all of the fonts that say that in their actual usage, you more than likely would find many used in violation of that statement. Not saying I advocate that by any means, just saying that is probably reality. I doubt it would be wise to violate that, especially on something going online in a website or a high production item without permission. Many say OK to use them if you notify the author on the usage.
