using cs3 help with lower case letters

i benn using an older version up until now i jst switch to cs3, all my wording is coming up as upper case letter , i need to change it to lower case, please help,
upper case i guess got set up as default, i opneend and closed several times still types as upper case
i tried to search on help nothing came up, and i bet s something simple

On the top toolbar (File, Edit, etc) click on Window, then Character. You should see a bunch of T's near the bottom of the box that appears; make sure none of them are selected and it should be back to normal (to deselect, just click the 'T' once)
