Using a coloured selection as a brush

Hi, I have created a shiny blue bubble and bascially want to stamp it randomly over the screen.

I have tried the brush tool but they a preset black and white.

If anyone could help it would be great.

All brushes will be Black & White. Once you have used a brush, you use the layer fx to color it.
